I do not offer returns on digital products (ebooks, audiobooks). If there is some error with your order, a disrupted file, anything like that, I'm happy to work with you on getting it corrected so that you can consume the media you purchased access to as intended. I do not, however, offer refunds for any other reason on digital products.
On physical products, I can work with you on replacement for lost packages or purchased items that may arrive damaged or broken. If I cannot replace the item, a refund or discount may be offered. I make a real effort to give all pertinent info and provide pictures of exactly what you're getting. I cannot offer refunds for any other reasons.
